Huawei’s Android-based seven-inch tablet – the Huawei S7 – charmed the pants off of everyone when it was revealed back in February. It had a kickstand, a large and vibrant screen, a 1Ghz Snapdragon processor, and more that caught our attention. Huawei popped back up at Computex with the device again, but we still haven’t learned anything regarding its price and when/where it’d be available.
Engadget ran into it, but they didn’t come away with anything we didn’t already know: when the hell are we going to be able to buy this thing and for how much? As I let out a huge sigh from bent-up frustration, I’ll link you to Engadget to check out the new gallery of images of the device which runs Android 2.1.
Imagine putting this next to your ear.
Seriously, and I thought the Dell Streak was bad – But makes me think that the Streak is much more practical now than I had… haha
Pricing: £299GBP/$445CAN/$399USD
Just use a bluetooth headset, sheesh :)
I know I am in the minority but this size a phone is what I have been praying for. For quite sometime now I have told friends I would pay a high price for a phone this size. Bigger gives a great screen size and room for other stuff like housing a bigger battery and I would love to see a little air space included inside for a little better base out of speakers.
I love the idea of the phone and hope it comes to fruition soon!
