MotoACTV Officially Discounted – Price Drops to $150 for 8GB, $200 for 16GB

14

I think it’s safe to say we all saw this coming. And just like a lion waiting in the grass to strike, it is now finally time for me to pounce on my prey. My victim? The Motorola MotoACTV which, as of today, has found its price slashed by $100. That means for a much more reasonable $150, you can nab yourself the 8GB model or 16GB one for $200. There’s also a “multi-sport” edition which is essentially the 8GB version but with the inclusion of a few extra goodies (headphones, straps, etc.). After this new price drop, who’s finally up for a MotoACTV?

  1. Considering buying now.

  2. LOL, would rather spend my money on something like a nexus 7. Cant justify spending 150 on a micro thingamajig-er.

  3. $50 probably. $75 maybe. $150 no way. Rather have a Nexus 7.

  4. I think it is an awesome device for people who actually exercise. But most (not all, but most) of the ppl on here are a bunch of fatass couch potatoes anyway… just sayin.

    1. Me. But I rooted it and Installed Go Launcher, Angry Birds, Minecraft (Not that laggy actually) and gameboid. Sadly I wanted it so bad I bought it when it was like $300…But its been good to me.

  5. Good to hear this, bring on the pebble watch!

  6. Once considered buying. Amazon won’t ship to the Netherlands though and it’s not for sale here.

  7. I was actually considering it, but about half the reviews in Amazon are horrible. Now having doubts.

  8. I would buy one but the watch isn’t water proof and that leads me to believe that I am waiting for Motoactv 2, which will be thinner and more durable.

  9. Interested, but this product would have been much better if they would have been able to release the wireless headphones with the heartrate monitor built in. They were announced, but I don’t think they were ever actually released.

  10. im waiting until it drops by another $100 ;p

  11. Waiting on my pebble. Does anyone know if this works with non-motorola devices? If not, that proprietorial concept only works for apple. LOL!
