The Motorola Droid 3 is coming soon…if rumors pan out, that is. The buzz is picking up around the device behind the scenes at Verizon with two possible launch dates being floated. The earlier of the two is next week, July 7th, while a July 14th date also seems a possibility. While no official announcement has been made either way, some details on what accessories we can expect have leaked out from behind VZW’s red curtain.
You can expect the usuals such as cases and a car window mount, and the inductive charging trend will continue with the availability of an inductive battery door. An extended battery and desktop dock also make an appearance on the list. Nothing overly exciting to be found, but it does come as a solid indication that things are indeed heating up at Verizon as far as the Droid 3 is concerned.

Come on Verizon, just announce it already so I know how much longer I have to suffer with the issues I have with my Droid 1.
yeah, the D1 was a great phone, but she’s showing her age, moving slow. It’s upgrade time.
I’m confused why anyone cares. How is D3 better than the Bionic?
Physical keyboard.
Some people dont have 4g coverage anyways and a physical keyboard
