Motorola Droid Pro Now Officially Available from Verizon

2

Make no mistake about it: just because folks were able to pre-order the Motorola Droid Pro a lot earlier than normal and subsequently received it without warnings doesn’t mean that today isn’t its officially recognized launch date. Verizon’s  set to start stocking units in stores starting today for all of the passersby to see. Why not stop in and get a bit of face time with one of the devices Verizon’s hoping will get their Blackberry fans over to Android? The Droid Pro will probably cost $179.99 with a two-year agreement and $100 mail-in rebate as it “does” online. (See what I did there?) Don’t forget to hit the Droid Pro section up at AndroidForums.com for opinions from early buyers.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

  1. wow. that bitch is fucking ugly. i mean DAMN. seriously. im not a droid hater by any means. hell i might trade my vibrant for a droid lol. but THAT monstrosity needs to get set on fire. TWICE.

  2. not my cup of tea. I got rid of my blackberry for a reason. I guess you make something for everyone.. Someone will buy it just not me! Happy with my Incredible with the exception of no dock. May trade in for Droid x or the new MOTO since they the only ones to make a decent dock. Not a fan of Blur no matter how they package it.
