Android Overload: YouTube Receives New UI, Google+ Not Yet Ready For Businesses and More

Our cup surely runeth over but that is why we have the Android Overload. Lots of great stuff that didn’t make it onto our front page today. The stories I found most interesting were YouTube’s newly revamped UI, Google+ not quite ready for businesses (yet) and the fact that the Galaxy S II is pretty much available everywhere but north America. *sigh*

• Google+ is recommending businesses hold off on their social network. Only for consumers (for now). [Engadget]

• Sony Ericsson Txt Pro makes it through the FCC but without 3G bands? What? [Engadget]
• EA shows off next week’s release of the free cross-platform, multiplayer Scrabble for Android, iOS, Facebook and everything else. [Kotaku]
• Google’s Eric Schmidt just wants to be friends. Sees room for several social networking sites. [Reuters]
• YouTube testing new revamped UI for videos. Say hello to Cosmic Panda.
• The Galaxy Tab 10.1’s TouchWiz UX interface has been ported to the Acer Iconia Tab A500.
• The Galaxy S II and Galaxy Tab 10.1 are both available in South Africa.
• The ASUS Eee Pad Transformer has been priced for Italy. The 16GB version will sell for 499 euro while the 32GB model will cost 599 euro. [NotebookItalia]
• Ottawa has been lit up with 4G LTE thanks to Rogers, a first for the carrier and the first of its kind in Canada.
