Just 5 days after Sprint put the Nexus S 4G on sale, Wirefly has discounted the price – you can get it from them for $99.99 after a new two-year contract. Existing customers can get upgraded to it for $150. Sprint debuted the phone for $200 on a two-year contract. The Nexus S 4G is nothing too far from the original save for the WiMax radio inside. You’re getting a stock Android 2.3 experience with a 1GHz processor, a 4 inch display, 16GB of internal storage, and both front and back cameras. Head on over to Wirefly if you want to take advantage.
Great Deal no doubt
Sprint is still offering a “port in credit” of $125 for new customers… so this doesn’t really seem like a deal.
so if you come from tmobile with two line, sprint would give you 125.00 credit for each line?
yes.
The bad: you must fill out the application at Sprint.com/switchtosprint within 72 hours of porting.
You must buy your device from Sprint (via a store, online, or phone).
You get a credit on your bill 61 days after porting.
The Good: You will get 125 per line you port.
I ported 1 line from T-Mo and converted to a family plan. The one credit covered 2 lines of unlimited for one month… 2 lines, unlimited, free for a month! :)
Even at $99.99 this doesn’t beat my thunderbolt and its LTE
And its 40 gigs of storage…
yeah it does… let me break it down for you buddy:
-you paid 300 dollars with a 2 year contract + Verizon pricing
-enjoy ur unlimited data while it lasts…
-lte is faster… for now until the network gets loaded and then we will compare it to sprint’s wimax
-thunderbolt’s battery is just so bad, you have to carry ur charger around, and until recently there was no way to turn off 4g
-SENSE UI ugh…need i say more? actually yes i’ll say more. kinda pretty but nothing spectacular yet sooo laggy…
-good luck getting timely updates
-LOCKED BOOTLOADER
sorry but you need to wake up to reality
Soon as they lose those four buttons I’m in.
best phone ive ever had cant wait for nexus 3
