The Samsung Infuse 4G has been one sly fellow lying in wait until it gets its chance to shine, and it looks like that chance may finally be here come May. Our friends at Android Central have received evidence of its arrival at Walmart and that evidence also comes with a price – $180.
Not bad for what will essentially be AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy Plus. If you don’t remember, it’ll be pushing the display boundaries with 4.5 inches of Super AMOLED Plus goodness, but also has a beefier 1.2GHz Samsung Hummingbird processor than its Galaxy S family members. Other specs include an 8 megapixel camera with HD video recording, 16GB of internal storage, and a front-facing camera.

This phone on T-Mobile with Dual Cores and a 21Mbps or 42Mbps radio would have me knocking down their doors to buy it.

This looks good I must say so myself not bad I like the 4.5 inch screen great thought. Just not with asst&t they mess up a good dream. They have no regards for android as a whole and anyone purchasing this device on that network will find out if they don’t already know that their device will be locked down. No side loading of applications and very slow upload speeds it’s a crying shame what they do to android devices…

So does this one not shutdown and reboot constantly like its identical twin the Captivate? I’m assuming the problem was fixed. The only real “improvement” other than the not-so-real 4G speed.
