A fun fact just came out of CEA’s director of research Shawn DuBravac’s office: there were more than 100 tablets on display at CES. I counted how many of those were Android, and came up with 46. The reason I believe there was even more than that is because I ran into a couple of new tablets that this list doesn’t feature. (But those folks do R&D work for OEMs, so I guess they aren’t being counted here.) Head on over to DuBravac’s site for the full breakdown of who brought what to the table. [via BGR]
*sigh* that sucks. Because I’m O.C.D. about collecting all Android devices.
@Christian — Wow. You must be sweet jesus loaded.
what were the remaining tablets loaded with? i mean, only a few could be win7. and only one could be BBOS. were the rest just linux?
Over 40 or more?
LOL.. silly Quentyn. Still my favorite Android news nerd! :)
lol Mike beat me to it.
Lol mike took my comment
I’m surprised that number isn’t 90+.
I do not care how many tablets were on display.
Tell me how many I can buy right now.
The answer is :zero
Now if only there was one that could compete with the iPad in both specs AND price.
