Adobe Pushes New AI-Based Features for Illustrator and Photoshop

Adobe’s doubling-down on its generative AI efforts – the company recently announced new generative AI features for Illustrator and Photoshop, which work with Adobe’s own Firefly AI model.

As such, Adobe’s new Firefly-enabled features will include the Generative Shape Fill in Illustrator along with the Dimension Tool, Mockup, Text to Pattern, the Contextual Taskbar as well as a number of performance enhancement tools which Adobe says are all designed to accelerate productivity for creators.

Meawhile, Photoshop gets an all-new Selection Brush Tool, as well general availability of Generate Image, Adjustment Brush Tool and other workflow enhancements. Ashley Still, Senior Vice President, Digital Media at Adobe comments:
