Google can never catch a break – as is the tradition with nearly all its hardware, a new online post has once again prematurely revealed the upcoming Pixel 8a series, following a series of earlier leaks across the web. Of course nothing is “official” until Google says so, but this does give a bit of insight as what could be possible once the Pixel 8a launches.
With that in mind, a new set of photos show off four different color variants of the Pixel 8a. The colors include Obsidian, Mint, Porcelain, and Bay. It’s also predicted that the phones might feature a matte finish on the rear panel, at least when looking at the photos.
The Pixel 8a has been subject to numerous leaks over the past few months, with the most recent being the entire specs sheet behind the phone – this includes the speculated 120Hz refresh rate, an option for a larger 256GB storage variant, as well as the same camera setup found on the Pixel 7a.
It’s very likely that Google might announce the Pixel 8a during this year’s I/O Conference, which is when the company usually unveils its upcoming software and hardware products and features.
