The NITRO DECK+ is Here, and it Packs Some Nice Upgrades

If you’re constantly on the lookout for new accessories for your Nintendo Switch, then you might have come across CRKD’s Nitro Deck controller for the Switch, which features a unique look in addition to a very comfy design. If you haven’t gotten one yet however, then you might want to check out CRKD’s sequel, the Nitro Deck+.

The company promises a drift-free experience with the Nitro Deck+, in addition to a wide range of features built into the controller. These include enhanced ergonomics with an adjustment to the right thumbstick placement, direct connection to a TV with no need for an external dock, two new ‘Sidekick’ buttons for more customization options, as well as a new easy eject system allows for simple removal of the Switch console from the Nitro Deck+.

Additionally, the newer version comes with an upgraded and adjustable rumble system, alongside support for Bluetooth connecitivity, allowing players to link their controller to the CRKD App for firmware updates. The Nitro Deck + can connect via the default USB-C wired connection or via Bluetooth when the switch is inserted into the deck.

With all that said, the Nitro Deck+ is now available for pre-order, and will be available in Clear Black and Clear White. Both variants retail for: $69.99, with early pre-orders expected to begin shipping from late April 2024.
