AI is all the rage these days and we’re seeing many companies apply the technology to various products and services. Samsung is no exception. The upcoming Galaxy S24 is expected to include various AI related features, but Samsung isn’t stopping there.

AI powered features

The company has announced its latest robot vacuum cleaner, the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo. Samsung is no stranger when it comes to robot vacuums, but one of the standout features of this new robot vacuum is how it features the use of AI Object Recognition, a step up from the AI tech that was introduced to its predecessor, the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot AI+.

According to Samsung, the use of AI Object Recognition will allow the robot to recognize things like spaces and stains. It can also automatically categorize areas, like a living room, kitchen, and so on, and can even automatically create its own “no-go zones” for areas that it should not clean.

There is also another AI feature called AI Floor Detect, where the robot vacuum will be able to differentiate between different types of floors, like hard floors and carpets, following which it will be able to adjust its suction speed accordingly. In addition to AI features, the robot vacuum itself comes equipped with spinning mops that can rotate at speeds of up to 170 RPM.

Pricing & availability

If the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo sounds like something you might want to get your hands on, unfortunately Samsung notes that the device is still in development and it is unclear when it will become commercially available.
