If the rumors are true, the Samsung Galaxy S24 series isn’t expected to see a massive design change. One of the main differences is where Samsung will apparently shift from using a curved display to a more traditional flat one.
Now thanks to leaked photos posted on Sogi (the post has since been taken down), we might have a better idea of what to expect and see the differences in their designs.
In the image above, the Galaxy S24 Ultra (the black phone) can be seen stacked on top of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. At a glance the differences are pretty obvious. The speaker grill has been changed, as per previous rumors, and the sides of the phone also appear to be slightly more curved than the Galaxy S23.
Also, the S Pen on the Galaxy S24 Ultra appears to jut out by a bit, thanks to a potential design of the top of the stylus which now appears to be more rounded. Presumably this will make it easier to locate and press, but it is possible that we could be wrong as the lighting could have an effect on how the accessory looks.
Other than that, we don’t see anything else that’s too different. If you’re more interested in seeing a brand new design, it might be a better idea to hold off and wait for the Galaxy S25 if you have no immediate need to upgrade.
