Meet the Galaxy Buds FE, Samsung’s New Affordable Wireless Earbuds


Alongside the launch of the new Galaxy S23 FE, Samsung also took the wraps off the Galaxy Buds FE, a more affordable variant of its premium Galaxy Buds wireless earbuds. Priced at just $99, the Buds FE pack some worthwhile features that folks on a budget might want to check out.

The Galaxy Buds FE feature a unique design with “wings” that sets it apart from earlier Galaxy Buds models, which Samsung says allows for better comfort especially for prolonged music sessions. There are also three included ear tips for users who want to try out a different size for a perfect fit, and two different wing tips that can be easily swapped on the go. The earbuds are available in white and graphite variants.

For battery life, Samsung states that the earbuds can last an average of 8.5 hours with up to 30 hours using the charging case, and 6 hours with ANC on, as well as up to 21 hours with the charging case.

As for audio features, the Galaxy Buds FE come with active noise cancellation, ambient sound mode, and even an AI-powered Deep Neural Network that improves voice quality and reduces background noise during phone calls.
