If you own a Garmin device, then you’re in luck – the fitness wearable manufacturer has rolled out it latest software patch for several of its devices, which gives users a ton of new features as well as 30 new activity profiles. The update comes with software beta version number 14.23, and is available for the Garmin Fenix 7, Marq Gen 2, and Epix Gen 2.

Among the 30 new exercise modes is a tracking feature for kayaking, as well as new incline measurement functions like Hill Score and Endurance Score, although these are reserved for “Pro” variants of the watches.

Non-pro variants meanwhile will get new activity profiles including field hockey, American football, soccer, lacrosse, ice hockey, field hockey, softball, BMX, and more. The update also brings along Shaded relief maps for older watches, giving users a much easier way to view terrain gradients when using their wearable for navigation, as well as a weather overlay for maps.

Additionally, the Fenix 7 Pro and Epix Pro (Gen 2) will be getting new features such as the workouts app and gaming profile, both of which are available on the Garmin Forerunner 255 and Forerunner 955. Users can download the update by joining Garmin’s public beta program, and checking for updates on their watch via the settings app.
