In the coming months, we expect that Google will be officially announcing their brand new Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro phones. Now thanks to a report by Roland Quandt over at WinFuture.de, the potential storage size and color options have been revealed.
According to Quandt’s post, the Pixel 8 will only be available in 128GB and 256GB storage options, while the Pixel 8 Pro will have an additional storage tier that goes up to 512GB. For those who might have been hoping to see a 1TB option, it looks like that might not happen with the Pixel 8 models.
Also, in terms of colors, it seems that both models will have three color options to choose from. We’re not sure if the colors will be different between the non-Pro and Pro models, and if the Pro model could have a special and exclusive color option, but regardless, there will be three options to choose from per model.
Quandt also notes that there could be an increase in price in the phones, making them more expensive compared to their predecessors. This shouldn’t be too surprising given that the Pixel 7a also saw a price increase over the Pixel 6a, but exactly how big of a price increase remains to be seen.
