While it’s still a few weeks away from launch, the Nothing Phone 2 is probably one of the most talked-about Android devices lately, with many hoping for a significant upgrade experience over last year’s Phone 1.
With that being said, several new renders showing off the phone’s physical design have been making their rounds on the internet. The images – courtesy of @OnLeaks and Smartprix.com – show a design that’s very reminiscent of the Nothing Phone 1, although first impressions may not always last, at least in this case.
While the Phone 2 resembles its predecessor in many ways, the leaks show that there are some subtle changes included, such as a more rounded design along the corners of the handset, a curvier side frame and front panel, an updated lighting system, enhanced wireless charging lights, as well as an upgraded dual LED flash.
The Nothing Phone 2 is set to launch in July, and is expected to come with up to three years of Android updates, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series chip, as well as a sustainability-focused design. The device was first teased at MWC Barcelona back in February.
