With Android 13 continuing its gradual rollout for more and more Android devices, we’ve gotten word that Nokia’s X30 model has started to receive the much-anticipated Android OS upgrade, adding to the list of smartphones which are now compatible with Google’s latest version of its mobile platform.
According to a report from the good folks over at Nokiamob, the current OS version of Android has been spotted for Nokia X30 units in Germany, and although the update hasn’t been released in other regions (our own Nokia X30 still hasn’t gotten it), we imagine it won’t be long before more X30 regional models receive the update.
The update comes with software version number V2.220, and weighs in at around 2.54 GB. If you own a Nokia X30, you can check for the update by heading into the Settings App > System > System Update to prompt your device to search for any available software updates.
In recent Nokia news, the company has started to incorporate its new Nokia Pure UI design language into some of its apps and software services. Nokia intends to use Pure UI for its software and digital products, although this new interface will not include the company’s hardware such as its phones and tablets.
