MWC 2023 is around the corner and we expect that there will be many smartphone related announcements at the event. One of the phones that many are largely expecting to be announced is the Xiaomi 13 series.

Given that the Xiaomi 12S Ultra was limited to the China market, we’re sure that there are many Xiaomi fans who are hoping that the Xiaomi 13 series will be hitting the global market. Now, one of the devices from the lineup has recently been leaked online, thanks to an image shared on Weibo by user Yulingtang.

This image shows off the alleged Xiaomi 13 Ultra, which is expected to be the top of the line model for the lineup. From the leaked image, it looks like Xiaomi and Leica’s partnership will be continuing as the camera bump on the back has the Leica name plastered on it. It also shows that the camera bump will be redesigned over the 12S Ultra, where it now sports a more gradual curve.

Xiaomi also appears to be continuing to place the camera on the center of the phone instead of to the side, which is what many handset manufacturers have opted for. As for its specs, the rumors are claiming that the phone will come with four rear-facing cameras, two of which will sport 1-inch sensors, which is massive and should result in photos that are of higher quality.

In any case, take it with a grain of salt for now and hopefully Xiaomi will have more details to share in the coming weeks.
