Remember when we were kids and our main source of entertainment came in the form of books and actual physical toys? These days, kids have new forms of entertainment like smartphones and tablets.

If you’re a parent looking to buy their child a tablet and want to make sure that it is kids-friendly, then you might be interested to learn that AT&T will be selling the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Kids Edition.

The tablet itself is based on the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite that launched back in 2021, so don’t expect anything too fancy in terms of hardware. It does feature some changes like a rugged outer shell to protect it from bumps and drops, and its software has also been modified to make it child-friendly while including parental controls.

As for its specs, it is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22T chipset and comes with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a 5,100mAh battery. For parents who are keen on picking up this tablet, it is priced at around $250, or you can opt for the installment plan from AT&T at $7 a month for the next 36-months.
