Back in August a few months ago, Motorola officially announced the Razr 2022 smartphone for China. This is the latest foldable from the company and the good news is that if you don’t live in China but live in the UK or Europe, then you’ll be pleased to learn that you will be able to get your hands on the phone.
This is because Motorola has officially launched the handset in both the UK and European markets where the handset is officially referred to as the Razr 22. For those living in the UK, the phone is priced at £949, making it cheaper than Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 4, while in Europe, it will retail for €1,199, which actually makes it more expensive.
For those who missed the initial announcement in August, the Razr 22 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset under the hood. It will also feature 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a 50MP main camera, a 3,500mAh battery, and a 2.7-inch outer display. Its inner foldable display comes in at 6.7-inches, an upgrade over its predecessor.
All in all, it’s a pretty solid smartphone with high-end specs, so if you’re looking for a clamshell foldable smartphone, the Razr 22 could make a good alternative to Samsung’s Flip 4, especially if you’re in the UK where the phone is cheaper.
