T-Mobile brings in-flight coverage to United Airlines

0

Long flights can be boring, and while airlines try to make it as entertaining as possible with in-flight movies and TV shows, sometimes there just isn’t anything worth watching. The good news is that if you don’t want to pay for expensive in-flight WiFi to surf YouTube or watch TikTok, if you’re a T-Mobile customer, free in-flight WiFi on United Airlines is something you can look forward to.

This is because T-Mobile has officially announced that they are partnering up with United Airlines where T-Mobile customers on select flights will be able to get free in-flight WiFi and streaming, giving passengers alternative forms of entertainment or if they need to stay connected for work purposes.

According to T-Mobile’s CEOMike Sievert:

“Now, T-Mobile customers can stay connected from takeoff to landing and beyond on hundreds more flights, now including United Airlines! This latest expansion of Coverage Beyond is all part of our goal to keep customers connected even outside the signal of our network, and we’re on a nonstop mission to find new ways to make that happen.”

United Airlines is actually the fourth airline company that T-Mobile has partnered with. Other partners include American, Alaska, and Delta, so if you don’t plan on flying United anytime soon or if you have another preferred airline company, you should be covered.
