Samsung’s Next-Gen Galaxy A Models are Reportedly in the Works

0

It’s no secret that Samsung’s mid-range Galaxy A-series devices have seen quite a lot of action this year, with the likes of the A33 and A53 grabbing the attention of budget phone hunters. With that said, it seems that the South Korean electronics giant is gearing up its next batch of affordable smartphones, with three models currently in development.

More specifically, the phones in question are the Galaxy A14, Galaxy A34, and Galaxy A54, which are predicted to be released in 2023. The Galaxy A14 will come with model number SM-A146B, the Galaxy A34 with model number SM-A346B, and the Galaxy A54 with model number SM-A546B.

In terms of processing power, it’s predicted that the Galaxy A34 and A54 might use the Exynos 1380 chip, although at this point it’s mostly been rumors and speculation – it’s even thought that the A14 might go on sale in certain regions before 2022 ends.

Samsung’s Galaxy A-series are priced to take on competing devices in the mid-range smartphone market, such as Google’s Pixel A-series phones and the Nothing Phone 1, to name a couple. While the Galaxy A devices come at the cost of processing power (such as in the case of the Exynos-powered Galaxy A53), they nevertheless feature good hardware such as vibrant AMOLED displays, large batteries, and even water-resistant designs.

In any case, Samsung fans looking for the next bargain champ might want to do a bit of waiting for these devices.
