Fortunately, the GCam camera app from the Pixel 3 has already been ported to the Samsung Galaxy S10, allowing you to capture and process images with the S10 as the Pixel 3 would. The instruction below will get the GCam installed and configured in no time.
- Download the latest Google Camera APK
- Install the APK on your Samsung Galaxy S10
- Download the config files for the saved settings.
- Extract the config files to /Internal Storage/GCam/Configs/ on your device
- Open the app and double tap the black area next to the shutter button.
- Select option s10csMar2.xml and then tap restore
It sounds a bit confusing since there are a lot of steps, but it honestly takes less than 2 minutes from start to finish. With GCam installed and configured properly, your Galaxy S10 will not capture better photos when you use the GCam camera app.
