Xiaomi Mi Band 7 is here and it will only cost you $37

While Xiaomi’s wearables aren’t as fancy as those created by Apple or Samsung, one thing the company has going for themselves is price. The Xiaomi Mi Band series has been extremely competitive in terms of pricing, and the newly announced Mi Band 7 is no exception to that rule.

The company had previously teased the launch of the device, and sure enough the Mi Band 7 is here. The new model features a larger 1.62-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 490×192, making it higher resolution compared to the Mi Band 6. It comes with 120 different sports modes, way more than its predecessor, and also offers an SpO2 sensor to help track blood oxygen levels.

There are also features like sports data analysis, stress monitoring, and sleep tracking. The fitness tracker will also feature a 180mAh battery that Xiaomi claims is good for about 15 days, and the battery can also recharge from 0-100% in just 2 hours. There is also water-resistance of up to 50 meters and also offers health tracking aimed specifically at women.

As for pricing, the base model is priced at CNY249, which is roughly $37 after conversion. There are non-NFC models as well that are priced slightly higher at $44. There’s no word on whether or not Xiaomi plans to release the Mi Band 7 globally, so we’ll just have to wait and see.
