Next week, OnePlus will be hosting an event where they are expected to unveil several new products. Based on the rumors, one of the products expected to be announced are a new pair of true wireless earbuds in the form of the OnePlus Nord Buds, which Amazon India might have leaked a bit earlier than expected.
The listing on the retailer’s website has revealed what can only be assumed are official photographs/renders of the upcoming earbuds, but we can’t say that we’re too surprised at what we’re seeing. This is because renders of the earbuds were leaked a few months ago, plus the teaser image in OnePlus’ invite kind of gave the design away as well.
As for its specs, the rumors are claiming that the earbuds are expected to feature 12.4mm drivers and each earbud will sport a 41mAh battery, while the carrying case will sport a 480mAh battery that should be able to juice it up several times over and could last users up to 30 hours on a full charge.
There are also rumors claiming that since these earbuds bear the Nord branding, which is the branding OnePlus uses for its lower-priced phones, that they will be a cheaper alternative to the OnePlus Buds Z2, but exactly how much cheaper is unclear, so check back with us next week for the details.
