Honor Earbuds 2 Lite Hero

Honor Earbuds 2 Lite include ANC and more than 30 hours of battery life for under $90

In case none of the recently-announced earbuds have tickled your fancy, maybe Honor can help with its introduction of the Earbuds 2 Lite. These earbuds have a familiar design that we continue to see across the market, but bring some unexpected features for an extremely low price.

Providing the sound are 10 high-fidelity drivers equipped with “sensitive polymer composite diaphragms”. This, along with Honor’s tuning of the earbuds and the AAC / SBC codec support, aim to offer a fantastic and balanced audio experience. And while the sound quality is great for these earbuds, gamers will also want to check them out thanks to the integrated low-latency mode for when you want to fire up one of the best Android games.

Battery life is rated for up to 32 hours of music playback, including the charging case, or 20 hours of voice calls. Meanwhile, the earbuds themselves will provide up to 10 hours of continuous listening with the 55mAh cell in each bud. Despite the lack of a wireless charging case, Honor does include USB-C for charging, and claims that you can go from 0-40% in just ten minutes, which provides four hours of music playback.

Those battery life numbers are pretty darn impressive when you consider that the Honor Earbuds 2 Lite include both Active Noise Cancelation and an Awareness mode. With the help of dual MEMS microphones, along with Dual Anti-Wind Technology, Honor’s latest earbuds will make it easy for you to answer the phone without removing the earbuds.

Some of the other features packed into the Honor Earbuds 2 Lite include Bluetooth 5.2 for connectivity, touch controls via the stems, and even IPX4 water resistance. But what really makes this potentially the most complete package is the price. Honor confirms that these earbuds will come in either Glacier White or Midnight Black and are priced at just €69.90 (about $82). These earbuds will be available starting on August 7th and are coming to the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Finland.
