January is set to be a pretty busy month across the tech world, with CES 2021 getting underway and companies unveiling new products daily. OnePlus is already joining the fray, as the company opened pre-orders for its budget-friendly Nord N10 5G and N100 devices for folks in the US. But the company is not done just yet, as we are now expecting to see the OnePlus Band officially launched on January 11th.
A few days ago, the OnePlus Health app mysteriously appeared on the Play Store, sparking even more fuel to the fire that we are as close as ever to the first OnePlus wearables. This comes after CEO Pete Lau confirmed that the company was working on its first smartwatch, which is due to be launched sometime in Q1 2021. The app seems to be pretty straightforward, although it’s not currently “compatible” with any devices as of yet.
Introducing the new face of fitness. Staying fit has never been easier.

Earlier today, the OnePlus India Twitter account shared that the OnePlus Band would be officially introduced on Monday, January 11th. However, it seems that there are no imminent plans to launch the upcoming fitness tracker here in the US. Of course, this could all be part of the master plan, or maybe the Band just won’t be coming to the US for the foreseeable future.
Nevertheless, the Amazon India page for the Band is already live, sharing what the wearable will be able to do for your fitness needs.
We don’t yet know what the price for the OnePlus Band will be as of yet. It won’t be surprising if it’s priced similarly to the Xiaomi Mi Band, which is available for around $30-$40. Here’s to hoping that it comes to the US or that we get more news about the upcoming OnePlus Watch.
