As for what Xiaomi has shared, it appears that the Mi 10i could be equipped with a 108MP sensor, along with a fast refresh rate, and the all-new Snapdragon 750G chipset. For reference, the 750G was introduced back in September and provides 5G capabilities along with support for up to 120fps when gaming. This is a faster alternative to the Snapdragon 690, without crossing into the higher price bracket found in devices powered by the Snapdragon 730G series.
While Xiaomi stopped short of sharing the entire design, the teaser did reveal that we’re getting another circular camera cutout on the back. It appears that there will be a total of four camera sensors for users to take advantage of, which is a nice touch for a budget-minded device. Additionally, the side of the phone was briefly shown off, revealing the SIM card tray and likely an aluminum frame.
Xiaomi is set to hold an event on January 5th, where the Mi 10i will likely be unveiled, so it’s only a matter of time before we get the full picture for Xiaomi’s latest device.
