OnePlus 8T renders reveal a new camera module design

0

Given OnePlus’ release schedule, the company will most likely launch the OnePlus 8T in the near future. In fact, guides posted to the company’s website seemingly confirms that there will be not only the OnePlus 8T, but a Pro version of it as well. So what can we expect from the phones?

Typically, OnePlus’ “T” series feature minor hardware revisions, but renders shared by @OnLeaks and Pricebaba have revealed that the handset could be set to receive a design change as far as the camera module is concerned. With the OnePlus 8, the handset came with a triple camera setup on the back.

These new renders, if accurate, have revealed that the OnePlus 8T might come with as many as four. We can only assume that this will be a similar configuration to what we’ve seen from other devices that sport similar setups, where there will be a main camera sensor, a sensor for an ultrawide camera, a macro camera, and then a depth sensor.

Apart from that, the phone appears to be similar in design to the OnePlus 8 where it will feature a tiny hole-punch camera on the front. Some of the alleged specs of the OnePlus 8T include a 6.55-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with the use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset (there are conflicting rumors on this as some believe it could be the Snapdragon 865+ chipset).

Take it with a grain of salt, but hopefully OnePlus will have official details to share soon.
