HTC’s Drew Bamford teases us with a hypothetical ‘classic @htc phone’ remake

I suspect we’re not the only ones who wish things were going better for HTC. The company hasn’t had a hit in a few years and its smartphone sales are now close to non-existent. With the hype surrounding the remake of the Motorola RAZR wit ha foldable display, it seems Drew Bamford, currently the head of HTC Creative Labs, is thinking about bringing back an iconic HTC smartphone with today’s technology.

Let’s be clear: there’s no guarantee that HTC will be delivering a remake of the iconic HTC One (M7) or the T-Mobile G1 any time soon. That being said, a remake of one of HTC’s classic smartphone could be pretty successful. If HTC were to bring back one of their old designs, which smartphone do you think it should be?
