The Google Pixel 4 was announced today and pre-orders are already open on the Google Store. Google’s perk is that you get a $100 gift card to spend on the Google Store on accessories like cases and earphones. However, there’s a better option.
Instead of getting a near useless Google Store gift card, why not opt for an Amazon gift card? Amazon is having the same deal on Pixel 4 pre-orders right now, so if you snag yours, you can get a gift card to spend on anything available on Amazon. We think that’s a much better and more versatile deal.
Amazon has the same selection of sizes, colors, and storage capacities as the Google Store except for the 128GB version of the Oh So Orange color, so if you really want a high capacity (well, standard capacity by most companies metrics) orange Pixel 4, you’ll have to shop on the Google Store.
The Pixel 4 features a Snapdragon 855 processor, 6GB of RAM, 18W fast charging via USB-PD 2.0, Motion Sense (in select regions), dual cameras with a secondary telephoto lens, fast face unlock, and a 90Hz AMOLED panel. The standard Pixel 4 has a 5.7-inch FHD+ (1080p) display and a 2,800 mAh battery while the bigger Pixel 4 XL has a 6.3-inch QHD+ panel with a 3,700 mAh battery.
The smaller of the two will run you $799 for the base 64GB model and $899 for the 128GB model, while the larger one will run you $899 and $999 for the 64GB and 128GB models respectively. If you’re interested in picking one up and redeeming your $100 gift card, hit the links below!
