OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro UK pricing confirmed ahead of launch

0

OnePlus will finally unveil the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro today and we already know a fair amount ahead of the event. One element that has seen some variation is the pricing structure, especially when it comes to how the pricing model converts to different currencies.

We’ve previously seen the Indian pricing leaked for the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro, which gave a good indication of how the device would be priced in other regions. However, OEM’s often do not honor wholesale currency conversion rates which can skew the final pricing in that region.

With another leak courtesy of Ishan Agarwal, we now know the pricing of the OnePlus 7 series in the UK. The OnePlus 7 will start at £499 for the 6GB + 128GB model rising to £549 for the 8GB + 256GB model. The higher spec OnePlus 7 Pro will start at £649 for the 6GB + 128GB model, £699 for the 8GB + 256GB model, topping out at £799 for the 12GB + 256GB version.

In addition, the Bullets Wireless 2, the company’s updated version of its wireless headphones, will be priced at £99.

The prices of OnePlus devices has steadily risen with each generation and the trend continues here. While the OnePlus series is testing the philosophy the company was founded on with affordable flagship killers, the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro are still very competitively priced when compared to the likes of the Pixel 3 and Galaxy S10.
