Live video and 360-degree video are two big trends we’ve seen over the last couple of years. Combining the two creates awesome experiences, but it’s not super easy to do yet. The Essential Phone has a 360-degree camera attachment and the latest update makes it possible to stream live from it.

The Essential Camera app is being updated to build 0.1.093.003. The camera app has been receiving a lot of updates for photo quality, but this one enables live 36-degree video on YouTube and Facebook. Users will be able to stream directly from within the camera app. Your friends and family can be with you like never before.

Download the Essential Camera update from the Play Store now. Does anyone use the 36-degree camera attachment or live video?
