You can get the ASUS ZenFone 4 Max and its 5,000mAh battery for $199 starting today

ASUS today released the ZenFone 4 Max in the US. It’s sitting on Amazon right now for just $199.

For that amount, this phone offers up a massive 5,000mAh battery. When combined with a Snapdragon 430 octa-core chipset, it should translate to days of battery life on typical usage (and over 22 hours of straight video playback if that’s your thing).

Its 5.5-inch display is only 720p resolution, but that also contributes to its long lasting nature. ASUS also lets you do reverse charging, so the phone can be used to charge other gadgets so long as you connect it using a USB OTG cable.

Other specs include 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and 8MP front camera, and dual 13MP/5MP rear cameras, one of which will be your one-stop shop for wide angle photography. Prime members can have it shipped and on their doorsteps as soon as Wednesday with free 2-day shipping. Jump to the link ahead if you’re in.
