Google is adding some new holiday interactions to the Google Assistant it seems. Asking your Google Assistant device — whether that’s Google Home, your Pixel, or anything with Allo on it — where Santa is will spit back his location as told by the Santa Tracker.
If you do it right now, it’ll currently say he’s preparing for departure at the North Pole. There are 5 days left until he gets started on his annual route so check back then for real-time updates on what the big fella is up to.
Beyond that, Google Assistant can now tell you Santa jokes — simply ask it to tell you to tell a Santa joke. And for those celebrating Hanukkah, you can ask it to spin the dreidel, too. It’s all in the name of holiday cheer, folks.
