Walmart seems to be selling Google Home a little early

Walmart seems to have a penchant for selling smart home devices a bit early. Earlier this year they debuted Xiaomi’s MiBox Android TV box a few weeks early. Now it looks like select stores are selling Google Home a bit early, despite the street date of November 4th for Google Play Store pre-orders.

If you want to get your hands on the device early and haven’t yet pre-ordered from Google, you might want to head to your local Walmart and see if it has the devices out. Android Police is reporting that their tipster was unable to buy the device that he saw, but that doesn’t mean you’ll have the same luck at your store if they happen to be out.
