Twitter is ready to open up the ability to create Twitter Moments for everyone and anyone. The company announced that creators everywhere can start creating Moments starting today and even gave everyone a few tips to follow if you want to jump on the train.

If you don’t know what Twitter Moments are, here’s a quick lesson for you. Twitter Moments was introduced earlier this year as a way for you to check out various stories from Twitter and select publishers. This was limited to whomever Twitter partnered with, but now that’s changing for everyone.

Moments is similar to Snapchat Stories and Instagram Stories as it now allows you to follow your favorite users and publications to get caught up on what’s going on in the world. In order to create one, you can navigate to your profile and click the “Moments” tab. Then you’ll be able to select the subject, cover page, and up to 10 different tweets to add. The best part is that you don’t even have to use tweets from just your followers, you can create them from anybody on Twitter.

Drop us a line below and let us know if you’ll be using this or sticking to Snapchat/Instagram for sharing your favorite stories and events.
