Here’s another look at the LG V20

We’ve gotten specs, and now we’re getting more photos. We’ve seen the LG V20 from various angles already, but today we get 2 interesting shots to dig into before the device is unleashed.

First up: a photo of the device’s secondary display. It’s not anything unusual unless you’re unfamiliar with that element of the original LG V10, but in case you’re out of the loop here’s a quick rundown of its existence from our review:

The feature that sets this phone apart is what LG calls the “Second Screen.” It’s a throwback to the days when Android phones were a little weird. Unlike the secondary display on the Samsung Continuum, the Second Screen on the V10 is very small. It’s only 2-inches wide and about 1/4-inch tall. This small space is used to display your five favorite apps or people, five most recently used apps, media controls, and more.

Obviously, there may be subtle differences in regards to its size, but you get the point. It does things and LG liked it on the V10, so it’s coming back for the V20.

Moving on, Phone Probe thought it wise to drop one last leak of the device. This particular leak (which was retweeted by Evan Blass in a potential show of approval) shows us a typical-looking press render of the V20’s display. Pictured to the left, we can see LG has done work to make its bezels thinner. It’s a pretty clean device there, otherwise. The party is all on the back where you’re going to find 2 cameras and a fingerprint sensor (the rear-placed power and volume buttons return to the device’s edges this time around). For full details on the LG V20 and its full capabilities, stay tuned later today.

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.
