CES has become a place for smaller phone manufacturers to show off new devices. One such manufacturer is Alcatel. Every year at CES they show off a bunch of new Androids. This year they have the Pixi 4, a series of devices in varying sizes.

The Pixi 4 comes in three different sizes: 3.5-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch. We used the 6-inch model in our hands-on video above, but all three models are more or less the same. The most notable feature of the devices is Android 6.0 Marshmallow. All three launch with a near stock version of Google’s latest.

The 6-inch model is the best of the bunch. It has a 720p IPS display, 8MP camera, 8GB of storage, and the Snapdragon 210 processor. If you’re thinking the Pixi 4 will a sluggish phone you would be correct. Performance is not great, but these devices will be dirt cheap. Alcatel did not provide pricing at this time. Do you care about Alcatel phones?

Ever since I flipped open my first phone I've been obsessed with the devices. I've dabbled in other platforms, but Android is where I feel most at home.
