Verizon has always been a sucker for teases, so it comes as no surprise that they’re getting the train rolling for their latest DROID phones. The company posted to Twitter with a video showing the DROID Turbo 2 being dropped.
Here’s the tagline:
Introducing the perfect phone for imperfect people.
If you don’t know, they’re referring to the device’s display, which is said to be shatterproof. That’s a claim that many of you still aren’t buying, but they feel confident enough in it to make it a major point of emphasis in their advertising.
The device should be desirable on other merits, though. Here’s what we’re said to be working with:
- 5.43-inch QHD “Shatterproof” display
- Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 processor
- 32GB/64GB internal storage options
- 3GB RAM
- 21MP/5MP cameras
- 3,760mAh battery
It’ll be one to look out for, that’s for sure. Verizon and Motorola are making their big announcement on October 27th, so be sure to join us that day as we dig into everything they have to flaunt.
