If you’ve been dying to give Project Fi a spin and registered for an invite, you may want to check your inbox. We’ve received more than a few reports signaling a new wave of invites going out, giving users the ability to sign up, or at least contemplate, signing up for Google’s wireless service.

We’ve been actively testing out the service in the Los Angeles area for a little over a month now. While the prospect of both T-Mobile and Sprint’s network working together to deliver the best coverage possible was an interesting prospect, apparently “coverage” does not equate to data speeds. Still, it was an interesting experience and and in-app cancellation made everything relatively painless. Oh, and those goodies were a nice bonus as well.

The last time we saw a wave of invites was back in June, where our own Rob Jackson finally received his. If you have any further questions, I’ll be happy to answer them in the comments below. Cheers.
