Motorola’s celebrating Dads with a nice deal on the Moto 360. They’re letting it go for $100 less than retail, which takes it down to $149.99. This is the price for a new model, too, so you don’t have to be worried that someone else owned it.
This is no doubt a good excuse for the company to move some inventory to make room for a new smart watch. Your Dad (or, just you) might not care about having the latest greatest. If so — have at it!
But if you’re wondering whether something better will be along the way, we’re here to tell you there’s almost a 100% chance Motorola has a new smart watch coming this summer. If you decide you still want to take the plunge you can place an order right here.
With all these update issues, they need to permanently reduce it to $99. That’s the most I would pay to get one at this point.
LOL the one thing I worry about it is the battery life and of course the one picture you put up defines it exactly.
Without the update for Wear I would think that it should drop.
OMG the picture says what I hate about mine, LOW BATTERY. I get alittle over a days use but I hate how often I got to charge it. With the issues with the next update too, i’m really thinking about bailing ship and going to the Urbane side of the neighborhood
This sale has been going on for a while. I had been debating whether I should get it or not but decided to go for it last weekend. It was delivered yesterday, and I really like it. One thing I like about the 360 over other Android Wear watches is where the band connects under the watch face. The lugs on other Android Wear watches make them all wider than my skinny wrist so they look silly on me. The 360 is a big watch but at least the band touches my wrist all the way around. Any new Moto 360 will also cost at least $250 for the next year rather than the $150 sale price of this one. I’d say that’s a pretty good deal.
I really hope they get this troublesome update figured out soon though. If they can keep it updated, I shouldn’t have to upgrade for a while, at least until Android Wear supports NFC payments.
all these mark downs has me afraid the Moto 360 wont b seeing 5.1.1
I’m going to wait until I see the new Moto 360 and Samsung Orbis
Hello Moto, why you cost £199 here in London? WHY!!!???
I got one last week for US $150. It’s a geek toy, for sure! So far, the most useful thing, other than showing me the time without having to pull out my phone :) :) :) is to pop up email notifications.
