They might be a little late to the party, but we suppose it’s better late than never. And after rival music services like Pandora and Rdio recently added Chromecast support, today Rhapsody is announcing the same compatibility for both their Android app (iOS coming soon), as well as their sister app, Napster.
These updates are just the latest we’re seeing in a flood of Android apps adding Chromecast compatibility. That $35 dongle is gaining more value every day.

Chromecast for $30 on amazon, I might pull the trigger. Is there any good app for streaming local video with subtitles? I’m currently using a slimport cable atm
