Two new Samsung devices are now available from AT&T. The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 are now on sale, giving fans of large displays plenty of options when it comes to satisfying their need for more pixels. The Note 2 is available for $299.99 on a new contract, while the Tab 2 10.1 can be had for $399.99.
The Galaxy Note 2 features a 5.5-inch display, quad-core processor, and Android 4.1. The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a 10.1-inch display, dual-core CPU, and Android 4.0. Go for both and you will have a device for any situation, though the Note 2 makes a great compromise for someone seeking both a smartphone and a tablet.

Not to put a damper on the Note2, but I would much rather wait for the 1080p Note 3, vs 720p (and I have to wait anyway, so there’s that :) ).
Note 3 should also feature:
– 13MP cam
– “Unbreakable” flexible 5.x” display w/ smaller bezel
– wireless induction charging
– wireless hdmi out
– even less laggy XXms touch/stylus input responsivness

20 months minimum (@ AT&T) until the next upgrade isn’t forever. Even if I could early upgrade from my S3 for “free”, today, I think I’d still wait another year for the Note3’s 1080peepee :)

This phone is amazing! So fast is not even funny and I’m coming from the note one…
I want this phone, however I recently got iphone 5. my only option is to get the phone full price which is about $700 after taxes. if i sold my iphone 5 i could, in the very least, break even. is it worth the hassle?

iPhone 5 is going for average of $800 on Ebay. So sell that thing, get yourself a Note 2, and with the spare cash you can get yourself some accessories to go with it!

Just got home with my note 2 on att and am ecstatic! Been on the so called now network for two years and never once experienced 4g on the Evo while paying $20 a month for something I couldn’t get.

My plan is to grab a Nexus 4 on tuesday and sell my Note 1 to pay for that. I’ll have a new gadget to hold me over for now :)

Picked mine up at a non-corporate store at 10:45 am..the guy was still unpacking the one shipment they got in. Annnnd, they literally only got ine in; I was lucky enough to get it.
