  4. ironically Apple pays designers all the time. A little known fact is Apple designs most of their products without the help of outside design firms. Due to NDAs, you never really hear about it.. only whispers.

  5. More like bribed him to say whatever Apple wanted him to say…how is this allowed in court?

  6. Paying experts for testimony is absolutely nothing new. I’m sure Samsung did the same, if not in this case, in others.

    1. Exactly… paying expert witnesses is standard practice. You’re highly unlikely to find any expert witnesses in any civil suit that isn’t be paid for their time.

  7. Great choice. I’m using HTC ONE S. I’VE HAD EVERY ONE OF THE MYTOUCH LINE UP OF PHONES FROM HTC. CANT BELEVE MY TOUCH WENT ANOTHER COMPANY. I’M COMMITTED TO HTC
