Manufacturers have done a pretty good job of providing customers plenty of options when it comes to the stylings of their phone. A few years back you might find the best phone of the day available in a single drab color scheme, but in more recent times we have been greeted with at least a white and black/grey option as well as more exotic retailer exclusive colors. Still, the desire to customize your phone to fit your personality runs deep in Android, all the way to the launcher and ROM you choose to install. Our friends over at WinSource are giving us one more option when it comes to blinging out your handset: custom decals. Check out the video above for the full tutorial.
cool! definitely gonna try this
Yaayyyyy…..I’ve always wanted to be a teen aged girl!
that made me lol
Nail Polish Remover contains “Acetone”…wouldn’t want to put that on my plastic Samsung battery cover…lol
Might try this on my cover, would never risk staining my phone – especially after it being pointed out that the remove can ruin plastics!
I wonder how much harder it would be to make a Galaxy Nexus battery cover with a Nexus logo that lights up. Perhaps using an extended battery cover to store a separate power source .
Nail Polish remover on a glossy finish would be bbaaaddddd
That is a great idea! Thanks for sharing. I definitely plan on putting a Batman logo on my phone now too :)
his droid 2 seems to be in way better shape then mine
if your going to do this you might as well go to home depot stock up on some paint sprays, take apart your phone and give the entire housing a paint job
