[Video] See the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 in action

14

After Amazon unwittingly outed some details of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 yesterday, we now have a video showing the tablet in action. A big thank you to All About Samsung for discovering it, and then to GigaOm for passing it along.

The tablet seems to be running really smooth, but I wish the stylus had been given a better test than simply being used for navigational purposes.

  1. Theyre not marketing this as a phone right? lol

    1. Weirder stuff has happened. Anyhoo, that might actually work in India. I’ve been asked quite a number of times while using my Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the subway if it could make calls.

  2. Exynos Quad? If so then props to Samsung, it’s one of the smoothest tablets I’ve ever seen.

    1. If it is a 28NM Quad Exynos, I will agree with that statement.

  3. IPad 3 is still better!

    1. Whatever helps you sleep at night.

    2. how? proof?

  4. It looks good. If it is as smooth as the sIII then there onto something. But I’ve had one of the launch tablets with Android and with the 4.8 inch android phones I just find it pointless to have one. You can do everything on your Phone which you can do on the tablet. Might aswell get a Ipad

  5. I was contemplating buying this, and I could have lived without the decent screen, but that pen lag is a real shame.

  6. Horrible video. Why do people use autofocus in a dimly lit room. Script your video BEFORE you start, people. Know the features to plan to show ahead of time instead of sliding back and forth between 2 screens for 5 minutes and then having a bright idea to show an app that you clearly have no idea how to use.

  7. Is it me or does this look like a 4:3 ratio tablet? I always thought that it should have been since they arleady have the tab 2 which is a 16:9 ratio

  8. Only $60 an hour? I wont get out of be for less than $300.

  9. I wish they’d set a release date for this. I’m seriously considering selling my Note for a Nexus and going with this for my note-taking and large-screen purposes.
