T-Mobile’s Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G Available at Select Retail Locations

3

A rumor originally pegged March 21st as the launch date of T-Mobile’s Galaxy S Blaze 4G and it appears that date held up… somewhat. The device is now available at “select” T-Mobile retail locations around the United States. There’s no way to figure out which stores have it unless you somehow have access to an inventory system of theirs.

Technically it’s out, just not available for everyone. We’ll definitely be seeing a wide-scale launch in another week, though, as they’ll be offering it in stores and online March 28th. You can get it for $150 (classic contract) or $120 ($15 equipment installment charge per month value plan) after $50 and $30 mail-in rebates, respectively. [via TmoNews]

The "Google Phone" sounded too awesome to pass up, so I bought a G1. The rest is history. And yes, I know my name isn't Wilson.

Oh, and do you know if you port your T-Mobile number over to Straight Talk at the beginning of the month when you are not on a contract, T-Mobile still charges you for the full month of service?

    1. You always pay for the full last bill cycle you are currently in when you cancel your account.  If you call in to cancel, they won’t close your account until your bill cycle is finished.  It’s kind of your fault for porting out without asking what the final billing charges are.  In this situation, you should have taken some personal responsibility.

  2. Not interested in this phone. It’s far inferior to the SGSII release last year. Samsung should stop with this foolish phone release strategy that makes it extremely hard to get software updates.
Just release fewer phone that have excellent specs and work perfectly like the SGSII.
Speaking of, please release the SGSIII already.
