Viewsonic ViewPad 10e Looking to Retail in the $300-$400 Range, According to Early Presale Pages

It looks like ViewSonic is just about ready to launch the ViewPad 10e here in the United States and some retailers are starting to take presales. One such retailer is Amazon who has posted a firm $400 price point for the 9.7 inch tablet. That’ll get you a 1GHz processor, 512MB of RAM and Android 2.3 with SPB Mobile Shell 3D over the top. Worth it? Hardly, especially considering other tablets currently available that you can get for that same price point. The folks at J&R have the tablet for $300 but there are still better devices available for that price. It’s there if you want it, but I doubt many of you do. [TabletBite, Android Community]
